The background of the festival resides in festival namesake Sigbjørn Bernhoft Osa’s thoughts about how important it was to exchange experience between these two distinct genres.  The festival presents everything from intimate concerts to large club concerts and family concerts.  A seminar and courses are also part of the program offerings.
